I think the most important obstacles identified as: perceptual biases, in an educational institution such as the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD) lead to poor leadership and relationship, as that there are processes and actions the wrong way and lead him to make unwise decisions.

As for the lack of planning that has led to our institution to constantly engage in improvisation, putting aside institutional continuity, this has also been made possible by the daily use of a style that infringes teamwork and leads to a separation between managers and subordinates.

The absence of a hierarchy of objectives has led us, a lack of planning, therefore, makes no consultation style and objectives of the institution subordinated sometimes by personal interest, creating a climate of the institution institutional uncertainty, these obstacles occur every day in our UASD.

I think the interest in learning others, the design of a corporate action plan, empathy with the correction officers and submitted the form, bring great peace and hope.

I think these facilitators may be more useful and effective in overcoming these obstacles, the leadership skills to act in line with the objectives of the institution in order to achieve good anagement.
