8 principles quality should apply UASD

Note: Because of its importance we published this work on quality, written by university professor Juan Sanchez.
has been published as we arrived, without correction.

A row I present a brief analysis of how we view the principles of quality in an institution with special characteristics UASD, as a public institution and area of \u200b\u200bDUCATION. I hope to read the content because, although it seems like the first article, it is not, because here I try to particularize principles into reality uasdiana today.

THE 8 PRINCIPLES OF QUALITY UASD

1 .- Customer Focus: Organizations depend on their customers and therefore should understand current and future needs of customers, satisfy customer requirements and strive to exceed customer expectations. The UASD

should be aware that our client is not one, but depending on the focus and purpose, can be:
- A student who requires a service
- Students as such in the classroom .
- Any person requiring a service.
- We, the teachers, we have our requirements and expectations.
- EYE, the final end customer is Dominican society, represented here by the national productive sectors. 2 .-
Leadership: Leaders establish unity of purpose and direction to the organization. They should create and maintain an internal environment in which people can become fully involved in achieving the objectives of the organization.

UASD This would mean for the new management must be inclusive and pluralistic, leaving behind segregation and disunity.
3 .- Involvement of people: People at all levels are the essence of an organization and their full involvement enables their abilities to be used for the benefit of the organization.

THE UASD requires everyone to achieve their goals, we fade that the electromechanical division between good and evil, we must promote understanding as a way of teamwork.

4 .- Process Approach: A desired result is achieved more efficiently when activities and related resources are managed as a process.

is where I consider that the university must tackle to implement a management system appropriate to their task and therefore needs a leadership that knows what he does.
. 5 .-
System approach to management: Identifying, understanding and managing interrelated processes as a system contributes to the effectiveness and efficiency of an organization in achieving its objectives.

The UASD only going to get out of underdevelopment and exclusion when they understand viewing everything as a positive synergies are achieved to ensure success.
6 .- Continuous Improvement: Continuous improvement of overall performance of the organization should be a permanent objective of the latter.

continuous improvement would be self-critical, forget the pigeonholes, critical thinking and be able to involve everyone in the school. 7 .-
Factual approach to decision making: Effective decisions are based on analysis of data and information. In LA UASD

decisions are usually taken by one or two people considered "experiments" and that is negative. We be able to measure the variables to make the right decisions.

That is why I propose a large DEVELOPMENT PLAN UASD, containing programs of work, monitoring and performance indicators enabling monitoring for continuous improvement. 8 .-
Mutually beneficial supplier relationships: An organization and its suppliers are interdependent and a mutually beneficial relationship enhances the ability of both to create value.

HERE WANT TO NOTE THAT THE MAIN PROVIDER OF THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL TEACHER AND THEREFORE THE MAXIMUM MANAGER (BODY) TO BE TAKEN TO BE AWARE OF THE ROLE OF FACILITATOR ACTIONS TO IMPROVE THEIR LIVING CONDITIONS.
